Once again I took eight little preemiequilts with me when I traveled to Germany in June. Those were the ones I had already finished last year, and I finished four more before my trip. I was tempted to take them all but then realized that I didn’t have enough labels. Oh well, I really didn’t want to rush printing more labels, because as you all know, as soon as you are in a hurry, things will go wrong.
Here is a little gallery of the latest finishes in the preemiequilt department.

They will be loved!
A lovely thought! What size are they?
Approx. 28″ square. The blocks are 4″ finished size, the stop border is 1″ and the outer border is 3″ finished.
I have been making quilts for this program for over 20 years, and this is a size that works for them. If you plan on making preemiequilts for an organization in your area, be sure to contact them and check what sizes they prefer.
lovely idea, I make them for our local maternity unit
