Sentimental Journey

Sentimental Journey was a free block of the month in 2010, provided by BlockCentral/Kim Noblin. Most of the time I am not patient enough for a BOM, I want to do it now or never. It wasn’t a mystery quilt, the finished design was provided from the beginning, so I just drafted the blocks myself. All the blocks are based on a nine patch grid, and this was the first time that I dared to quilt the same pattern on every block without paying attention to the seams.

I really want to make this quilt but instructions for the sashings and borders are not available. The option is there but not clickable

Hi Audrey, I am in no way affiliated with Block Central, I just shared the source of the pattern I used which means I can’t help you. Please contact Kim at Block Central with your question, there is a link to her email right underneath the list of installments. And please keep in mind that this project is from 2010, the instructions for borders and sashing might not be available anymore.
