This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from (the “Website”).

We refer to this information as “Order Information.” Entering your phone number is not required during the checkout process. However if you contact us through our webform and provide your phone number, it will also be collected and stored.

If you engage with us through third-party social networking websites, plug-ins and applications you may allow us to access information associated with your social media account.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.



We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Website. Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Website (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Website, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Personal information is retained only as long as necessary for the purpose set out above. When no longer required, we will destroy or erase the information unless longer storage is required by law.



We maintain technological and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized use. Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to – and maintained on – computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside Canada and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Canada and process it there.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

We will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organisation or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

When you place an order through the Website, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information and if storage is not required by law (for example for tax purposes).



We do not send out unsolicited emails. The only emails you receive from us are concerning orders or replies if you initiated contact through our contact form.



Our website contains links to external websites. This Privacy Policy only applies to personal information that we collect and use on or through our website. We are not responsible or liable for the content or activities of any linkes websites or their privacy practices and encourage you to review a third party’s privacy policy before disclosing any personal information to them.



We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will apply to any personal information we hold prior to the effective date of the amended Privacy Policy and any information that we collect on or after such effective date.
