This is another one of Wendy’s quilts, this one features the pattern “Jewel Box”. Doesn’t it look cozy in those blue checks and plaids? Jewel Box quilts are often quite colourful, but this monochromatic approach really speaks to me. The pattern doesn’t need much in terms of quilting, and a basic scroll pattern like “Wild Wind” works really well.
Fabulous quilt. When I stare at it I see it in 3D. I love this pattern in monochrome.
