Skylights

This is another one of Penny’s projects, she made this quilt as a wedding gift for her son. She had seen a similar quilt on Pinterest and liked the quilting on it. The pattern wasn’t exactly the same, and I had to make some adjustments but it is still pretty close to the original. I even remembered to take a detail picture while the quilt was still on the frame.

Wow, that is great detailed quilting. I like the pattern, too.

Thank you, Barbara. Quilting all these straight lines (and spacing them evenly) seemed to take forever but the result was well worth the effort.

Beautiful quilt and I love the quilting!!! Thanks for remembering to take that close-up shot of it while it was still on the frame!

Thank you, Susan! Yes, I should remember that more often but taking pictures is usually the last thing on my mind when I am working on a quilt.
