You will receive an email with a unique download link after your purchase has been processed. This email often ends up in the spam folder, please make sure to check there. The number of downloads is limited, and the link expires after seven days. If you have trouble downloading the file, please contact us, and we will be happy to send it again via email.
Downloadable software products are exempt from being returned or exchanged due to their nature. All sales of digital files are final. No refunds will be issued.
Digital pattern files are offered in English and German. If you accidentally purchase the file in the wrong language, please contact us. We will email you the correct version without any additional cost.
Please be patient during the checkout process and don’t click the button more than once. If you receive an error message, please do not repeat the checkout process. Check your email and especially your spam folder. In most cases the purchase has been processed. We haven’t been able to determine the cause of the error message that some customers receive and can’t duplicate it. If you can’t find an email with the download links but your PayPal/Credit Card account has been charged, please contact us, and we will either resend the download links or email you the pattern file(s).
If you click the checkout button repeatedly, and your purchase is processed multiple times, please contact us. Please note that even in these cases there will be no refund issued. PayPal does not refund vendor fees, their cost has to be paid in any case. We will however on a case by case basis and at our sole discretion make a decision on issuing you store credit (usually in form of a discount code) for future purchases.
